Directions after shampooing your hair saturate & evenly distribute product thoroughly from roots to tip. cover with a plastic cap & sit under dryer for at least 20 minutes or keep on without heat for at least one hour. for severely damaged hair use every other week for 3 treatments and then every four to six weeks. wash out after use!
